Steve Dewar- Deputy Director & Youth Work Chaplain

Steve is our deputy director with over 20 years’ experience in youth and community work across Wiltshire. Passionate about helping young people reach their potential, he supports youth clubs, schools and community projects—particularly in rural areas such as Devizes—while equipping others who work with teenagers county-wide.

Steve has a heart to see communities, churches, schools, businesses and organisations working together to invest in and holistically support the lives of teenagers. He also serves as Squadron Chaplain in the RAF Air Cadets.
