Wiltshire Youth for Christ recognises we can not reach all young people. We work to support, equip and encourage young people and churches to make a difference in their schools and communities. We do this through a variety of ways:
Pulse Youthwork Network Gatherings are organised throughout the year by the members of the team in their local areas to help bring Children/Youth workers together , share resources, encourage, pray and work together to meet local needs.
Church resources are available from the Youth for Christ website for local churches to support them in the delivery of their youth ministry.
Mentoring Training – whether you are interested in joining our schools mentoring team or developing a mentoring scheme within your church our Connect Mentoring training could help you be equipped for serving young people through one to one support.
Ministry Training offers opportunities for those considering a calling to Christian ministry to train within a youth and schools work setting and we offer one or three year options. If you are interested but your ideas don’t quite fit opportunities on offer, please get in touch and talk to us.
Volunteer Training is our training for volunteers working in youth work in a church or community group setting.
Films are something we have invested in and you can download lots of great films from our Youtube Channel or Vimeo channel
